The inspection revealed deficiencies in the Borough's SWMP, regarding implementation of the five of the six MCMs: MCM #1 - Public Education and Outreach; MCM# 3 - Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination; MCM #4 - Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control; MCM#5 - Post-Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) in New and Redevelopment Activities; and MCM#6 - Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping for Municipal Operations. An Administrative Order for Compliance on Consent was already issued to return the municipality to compliance with the terms of it's permit.
