On August 16, 2017 Region 10 ratified a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of Title II of the Clean Air Act by HD Power Systems, Inc., located in Boise, Idaho. The company imported gasoline powered equipment prior to obtaining the required certificate of conformity for the gas tank, fuel lines and associated fuel containing portions of the equipment. The company has agreed to pay a penalty of $35,000.
