US EPA and Rioch Electronics, Inc (Respondent) of Tustin, Calif, entered into this Consent Agreement for Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $245,990 and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the Consent Agreement in order to settle this matter.
