This is a Consent Agreement between U.S. EPA and Western States Packaging (Respondent) of Pacoima, Calif, for Respondent's alleged violations under the Clean Water Act. The Respondent paid an administrative civil penalty of $25,000 dollars in accordance with the terms set forth in the Consent Agreement to settle this matter.
