This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and Zuckerman Heritage, Inc.(Respondent), of Stockton, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Plan requirements at its Delta Farms Packaging, Inc. facility. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $2,000 to settle the matter.
