This is a Consent Agreement between U.S. EPA and Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. (Respondent) of Waverly, Tennessee, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act at its facility in Kapolei, Hawaii facility. Respondent must comply with all terms of this Consent Agreement, including payment of the administrative civil penalty of $88,374 and completion of a Supplemental Environmental Project at a minimum cost of $50,000 in order to settle this matter.
