This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and The E-Land Group, Micronesia Resort, Inc. (Respondent) of San Roque, Saipan CNMI for Respondent's alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Act of the Clean Water Act at the Respondent's Kensington Hotel Saipan. Respondent paid a penalty of $1,325 to settle the matter.
