This is a Consent Agreement between U.S. EPA and Direct Pak, Inc. (Respondent) of Sun Valley, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $42,900 to settle the matter.
