This ACO addresses violations regarding the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Area Source Standards for Plating and Polishing Operations (Subpart WWWWWW). Specifically, Hohman Plating & Manufacturing LLC (Hohman Plating) failed to submit Initial Compliance and Notification of Compliance Status reports, and failed to prepare and submit annual compliance certifications for its plating tanks and thermal spraying operations. This ACO requires Hohman Plating to comply with all applicable requirements of the NESHAP, Subpart WWWWWW.
