Administrative civil complaint for penalties against Cityside Management Corporation, a Manchester, NH property management company, for violations of lead-based paint regulations relating to TSCA 1018 disclosure and RRP On August 14, 2017, Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to resolve claims against Cityside Management Corp., a Manchester, NH property management company that violated lead-based paint regulations. In particular, the violations involve TSCA 1018 disclosure requirements and Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule training, certification, and recordkeeping requirements, all documented during an EPA inspection. These requirements are implemented federally and are not delegated to New Hampshire.
