In this action, EPA is issuing an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the SDWA against Respondent. The Administrative Order is requiring the Respondent to shut-in injection Well Numbers 9 and 4W and to shut-down injection Well Number 18W located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Administrative Order alleges that the Respondent violated regulations at 40 C.F.R.147.2912(c) and 147.2920(d) by failing to confine injected fluids to the authorized injection zone. Well was not plugged, permit limits developed.
