In this action, EPA is issuing an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the SDWA against the Respondent. The Administrative Order is requiring the Respondent to shut-in and/or shut-down injection Well Numbers B7, B8 and B9 located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Administrative Order alleges that the Respondent violated regulations at 40 C.F.R.147.2912(c) and 147.2920(d) by failing to confine injected fluids to the authorized injection zone. Well not plugged, permit conditions added.
