In this action, EPA is issuing an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 1423 of the SDWA against Respondent. The Administrative Order is requiring the Respondent to shut-in injection Well Number 15 located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The Administrative Order alleges that the Respondent violated regulation at 40 CFR 147.2920(d) by failing to confine injected fluids to the authorized injection zone.
