Respondent offered to perform renovations on target housing without obtaining lead-safe firm certification from the EPA or assigning a certified renovator. On one of the jobsites inspected, Respondent allegedly failed to employ lead-safe work practices including covering the ground in plastic sheeting and containing waste.
