On September 6, 2017, the Regional Judicial Officer entered a Final Order ratifying a Consent Agreement between EPA and QG PRINTING II, LLC (Quad Graphics), resolving violations of the Pennsylvania Hazardous Waste Management regulations and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subpart C regulations observed during an EPA inspection conducted on August 4, 2015 and a subsequent investigation of Quad Graphics.
