On March 29, 2017, EPA conducted a stormwater construction inspection of the Midas Creek (Phases 6a and 6b) construction site in South Jordan, Utah, operated by Perry Homes. Findings included failure to have a complete and updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, failure to install and maintain required stormwater and sediment controls, and failure to minimize the discharge of sediment and other pollutants. Perry Homes implemented corrective actions to address the findings and agreed to pay a penalty.
