This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Ensystex II, Inc. (Respondent) of Fayetteville, NC, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $15,733 to settle the matter.
