This is a civil Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and U.S. Government Services Administration Fleet Region 9 (Respondent) under the Clean Air Act section 113(d), for Respondent's alleged violations of the California Truck and Bus rule for diesel engines in the state's federally enforceable State Implementation Plan to reduce air pollution. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $485,000 to settle the matter.
