## Summary

On September 8, 2017, EPA filed an Expedited Consent Agreement and accompanying Final Order (CAFO) with Customized Distribution Services, Inc. for violation of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirements.  Customized Distribution Services, Inc. failed to submit their Annual Pesticide Production report for 2016 by the annual March 1st due date for their pesticide-production facility located in Breinigsville, PA.  As a result, Customized Distribution Services, Inc. was assessed a penalty of $1,200.  EPA-registered pesticide-producing establishments are required to submit their production reports annually to the Agency, listing the names and types of pesticides they produce, the amounts produced and distributed in the previous year, and the amount they expect to produce in the coming year.
