This Notice of Warning is being issued pursuant to Section 9(c)(3) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. 136g(c)(3), for failure to submit the required information by March 1st, an unlawful act as described in Section 12(a)(2)(L) of FIFRA.
