The Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) for Bunting Bearing, LLC. (Bunting), Holland, Ohio resolves violations at its facilities located in Mansfield, Ohio and Delta, Ohio. Bunting's Mansfield facility violated the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP) and its Permit to Install and Operate (PTIO). Specifically, one of the Mansfield facility's baghouses did not have a pressure drop gauge and several other baghouses did not have records of the pressure drop, in violation of its PTIO. Bunting's Delta facility violated the Ohio SIP and its PTIO. Specifically, the CPM 5000 systems located on Baghouses A, B, and C failed to meet the monitoring and/or recordkeeping requirements identified in its PTIO for a fabric filter bag leak detection system.
EPA issued an Administrative Consent Order to the Delta facility on August 11, 2016.
This CAFO requires Bunting to pay a penalty of $41,000, and resolves the NOVs issued to Bunting's Mansfield facility on February 26, 2016, and Bunting's Delta facility on April 17, 2015.
