This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Holland and Harley Construction, Inc. (Respondent), of Berkeley, California, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements for construction activities that may involve Lead Based Paints. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $14,210 to settle the matter.
