An EPA contractor inspected the site on January 09, 2017 and found the facility was not maintaining the records of release detection monitoring, failure to provide adequate line leak detection monitoring, failure to have annual line tightness test or perform monthly monitoring on pressurized piping and failure to comply with financial responsibility requirements.
