The EPA and Fieldstone Homes, LLC, have agreed to enter into a CCCA to resolve Fieldstone Homes, LLC?s alleged failure to implement required stormwater controls to minimize discharges of sediment and other pollutants into waters of the United States. Fieldstone Homes, LLC has agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty to resolve its civil penalty liability for these alleged violations.
