Scent Shop was issued a NOW (Notice of Warning) for FIFRA 9(c)(3) of FIFRA Section 136g(c)(3) which requires product meet specifications of the Minimum Risk Exemption, that only approved active and inert ingredients are being used in the product and that false and misleading claims are not being made.
