(Respondent) of Robbins, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirement to update the facility's Risk Management Plan (RMP) for hazardous air pollutants. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $800 and certified compliance with the applicable regulation to settle this matter.
