A Notice of Warning (�NOW�) was issued 01/17/2017 to Clean Image, Inc. of Reading, PA. The NOW is being issued to Clean Image Inc. for the suspected sale and distribution of an unregistered pesticide (Hepacide Quat II Virucidal Disinfectant Spray listing product registration #5741-18), as well as possible label compliancy issues found with another pesticide (Pleascent Neutra Shine, EPA Product Reg. No.: 4313-22-12120), violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A) for the sale and distribution of unregistered pesticide product and FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) for the sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide product.
