On September 25, 2017, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of EPCRA 313 by Cascade Systems Technology, LLC at its facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. EPA alleged that Cascade Systems failed to submit reports to the Toxics Release Inventory for three years, thus depriving the public of timely and accurate data.
