The Respondent conducted renovations at an elementary school located in Utica, NY, including renovations to areas identified as child-occupied facilities, which are regulated by the EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule. EPA determined the Respondent failed to provide the Renovate Right pamphlet and failed to establish records required by the Rule. The Respondent will amend their business practices including the implementation of a corporate Compliance Plan and will pay a $7,126 penalty.
