An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to Etna W&S District, as owner and/or operator of the Etna Public Water System, located in Lincoln County, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to adequately monitor for total coliform, and failure to notify the EPA of these violations.
