An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to Milestone Financial, LLC, as owner and/or operator of the Evergreen Properties Public Water System, located in Larimie County, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are failure to timely complete corrective actions after total coliform violations triggered an assessment of the System, failure to monitor for total coliform, triggered source, inorganic, volatile organic, and synthetic organic contaminants, and failure to notify the public and the EPA of the violations.
