An Administrative Order (Order) is being issued to RRR Ltd, LLC as owner and/or operator of the Red Rocks Ranch Public Water System, located in Teton County, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order are failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to complete seasonal startup procedures, and failure to notify the EPA of these violations.
