Respondent failed to report 15 reportable chemical substances on its 2012 Chemical Data Reporting submittal. Respondent has corrected the CDR and has also been required to submit a premanufacture notice (PMN) for each of 10 new chemical substances. EPA anticipates requiring Respondent to submit additional health and safety testing data to complete the PMN process.
