This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Pacific Environmental Corporation (Respondent) of Honolulu, Hawaii, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution prevention (SPCC) regulations. Respondent certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $550 to settle the matter.
