This is a Consent Agreement between U.S. EPA and Keith Ward (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations for large capacity cesspools (LCCs) at Respondent's property located in Waimanalo, Hawaii. Respondent agreed to comply with all terms of this Consent Agreement, including closure of two LCCs and replacement state-approved injection wells, and payment of a civil penalty of $1,000 to settle the matter.
