This is a Consent Agreement between U.S. EPA and Fileminders of Hawaii, LLC and Hawaii MMGD, LLC (Respondents) of Hawaii for Respondents' alleged violation of the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations for large capacity cesspools. Respondent certifies compliance with the applicable regulations and agreed to payment of a civil penalty of $122,000 to settle the matter.
