Administrative Order issued for the following violations of the Clean Water Act: 1. Failure to put control measures in place to minimize pollutant discharges that address the selection and design consideration in Part 2.1.1 of the CWA; 2. failure to put procedures in place for minimizing the potential for leaks, spills and other releases that may be exposed to storm water, and not developing the procedures for effective response to such spills, if or when they occurred; and 3. failure to minimize the generation of dust and off-site tracking of raw, final, or waste materials.
