Inspections conducted at a parking garage located at Heritage Lanes, 134-135 South 3rd Street, Easton, PA, on August 16, 19, 25, 2016 and October 5, 2016, revealed that B&V Environmental Services (Respondent) during the renovation failed to (1) submit accurate information in its written notice to EPA; (2) failed to adequately wet asbestos during removal; and (3) failed to adequately wet asbestos prior to disposal.
