Reg. 19,618 (April 11, 2000) (Audit Policy), and the Interim Approach to Applying the Audit Policy to New Owners, 73 Fed. Reg. 44,991 (August 1, 2008) (New Owner Policy).
Quad/Graphics' final audit report identified over 600 violations at twenty-eight (28) facilities that are the subject of this Notice of Determination.
