Region 10 issued a Notice of Warning notifying Chamberlin Agriculture, located in Hood River, Oregon of FIFRA violations. The company was repackaging/producing pesticide from secondary containment structures that did not meet the requirements and were not maintaining the proper repackaging records. The company corrected the secondary containment and recordkeeping issues.
