Bergeson & Campbell PC was issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order for violation to FIFRA regulations as stated in letter to facility - FIFRA 7 USC and 136k(a) and Section 13(a) of FIFRA, 7 USC and 136(a) which states it is unlawful to sale, use, or removal of any pesticide or device by person who owns, controls, or has custody of such pesticide or device whenever there is reason to believe that the pesticide or device is in violation of any provision of FIFRA, or that such pesticide or device has been or is intended to be distributed or sold in violation of any provision of FIFRA.
