This removal order is for both the EE/CA and the subsequent removal action in a single AOC. The PRPs have agreed to implement the remedy EPA selects in an Action Memorandum. As of 10/10/17, the investigation (e.g. the development of the EE/CA) is still underway. Once the EE/CA is completed, it will be used to evaluate potential remedies, and will include cost estimates.
