Capitol Cleaners & Launderers, Inc. failed to submit emergency and hazardous chemical inventory forms for Pinnacle Liquid Detergent, Hydrogen Peroxide, Express, Sodium Hypochlorite, Propane, Spectrum, Pinnacle Liquid Antichlor, and Fuel Oil to the SERC, LEPC and the local fire department for 2013, 2014 and 2015.
