This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Security Paving Company, Inc. (Respondent), of Sun Valley, California, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations at it's Bradley Street facility. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $64,219 to settle the matter.
