On October 17, 2017, EPA Region 6 issued a Final Administrative Order (FAO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1423(c) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), 42 U.S.C. Section 300h Section 2(c) to Altec Petroleum Group, Inc. (Respondent) located in Osage County, Oklahoma. The FAO was issued in response to the non submittal of annual operations reports from the previous two reporting years.
