A Notice of Violation was issued to Prairie Materials on June 19, 2017 alleging violations of the Illinois State Implementation Plan in relation to fugitive particulate matter emissions. This Order requires Prairie Materials to develop and implement a fugitive dust control plan to help minimize or eliminate fugitive dust arising from activities occurring at its clean construction demolition debris fill.
