EPA Region 2 entered into a CERCLA administrative settlement agreement and order on consent with the Respondent to undertake a RI/FS to investigate the extent of the contamination on its property, prepare a report evaluating alternatives for the remedial action for OU2, and payment of future response costs. OU2 is the Respondent's property that is located within the Pierson's Creek Superfund Site.
