This Settlement Agreement provides for the perfonnance by Respondent of certain environmental investigation and analysis activities and other actions as provided herein, and the reimbursement by Respondent as provided herein of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the A&B Mine Sites (Nos. 2, 3, 5, 7, &13).
