On August 3, 2017 a Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department at the Ben Archer Health Center, on behalf of the U.S. EPA to assess compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Construction General Permit; On November 3, 2017 an Administrative Order was issued to Ben Archer Health Center for several violations of its Stormwater Construction General Permit (NMR1000DX). 1) Failure to update the SWPPP to reflect new permit requirements, 2) Failure to perform required inspections, 3) Discharge of sediment off site, and 4) Keeping open containers of potential pollutants in areas of Stormwater flow.
