On May 8, 2018, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order that resolves a violation of the TSCA Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) by Bradley Built LLC (Respondent), located in Boise, Idaho. EPA alleged that Respondent failed to become RRP firm certified prior to offering, performing, or claiming to perform renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,020 to resolve the violation.
